How to delete chats?

At Nebula, we value your comfort and privacy. You have control over your chat history — from deleting a single message to archiving or removing an entire conversation.

Note: The option to delete chats  is currently available only in the Nebula app and not on AskNebula.

 

1. Nebula App

To delete a chat:

  1. In your chat list, swipe left on the chat.

  2. Tap Delete.

3. Confirm the action when asked.

  • Tap Yes to delete.

  • Tap No to cancel.


⚠️ Once deleted:

  • The chat disappears for both you and the expert.

  • This action cannot be undone.
     

Need a break from a conversation but don’t want to lose it? You can archive a chat anytime.

To archive a chat:

  1. In your chat list, swipe left on the conversation.

  2. Tap Archive.

    

3. You’ll see a message confirming the chat is archived.


📌 When a chat is archived:

  • You won’t receive notifications about new messages in that chat.

  • You can’t send new messages until you unarchive it.
     

To unarchive a chat:

  1. Open the Archived section.

  2. Swipe left on the chat you want to restore.

  3. You’ll see a pop-up asking to confirm.

  • Tap Yes to unarchive.

  • Tap No to cancel.


2. AskNebula Website

Currently, there is no option to delete or archive chats on the Nebula web platform.
